Storage used by Clara

Privacy choice — cl-cookie-preferences: first-party local storage on this website’s hostname, retained for up to 180 days. It stores the policy version, save/expiry times and category choices, not an email or account identifier. Expired, invalid or superseded choices leave optional categories off.

WordPress rendering: WordPress may cache its emoji-support test in session storage as wpEmojiSettingsSupports for the browser tab/session. Fonts and book images are served locally, without remote font or social-media embeds.

Administrative login: requesting the WordPress login can set a session test cookie and, after authorised sign-in, authentication/settings cookies. Reading the public book pages does not require an account. These operational cookies are not optional marketing.

Security, accounts and other websites

Cloudflare may use cf_clearance to remember a security check. Its duration depends on the security features and challenge settings in use. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Your privacy choice is stored for the hostname you are visiting. The live Clara Mae website uses claramaebooks.com, a separate domain from yasa.fi. Clara does not load analytics or advertising scripts from other Yasa websites.

Your choices here do not change settings on another website. Use that website’s privacy controls or your browser’s site-data settings to manage its data. Essential sign-in and shopping cookies have their own operational purpose.

Optional services

Each switch shows your saved choice: Allowed or Off. Accept optional turns all three choices on; Reject optional turns them off; Save preferences keeps your individual selection. Choices remain after a reload. No optional provider is connected by accepting. A new service would need its provider, purpose and storage duration disclosed, with a new policy version and any required fresh choice before activation.

Remembering and resetting your choice

A saved choice lasts up to 180 days on this browser and hostname. It does not follow you to another device. If storage is blocked, the controls report that the choice could not be saved, and optional services remain off.

Reset choices & data removes Clara’s saved choice and any explicitly registered Clara optional data. No optional records are currently registered. It does not clear essential sign-in or shopping cookies, your browser’s HTTP cache, server logs, email correspondence or another website’s records.

With JavaScript disabled, optional integrations remain unavailable and this policy stays readable; interactive cookie controls require JavaScript. Your browser can also remove this hostname’s local data.
